A New Entry Stakes Out Low-Budget Film , The New York Times
DF Indie Studios, a venture to be based in New York and set to be introduced on Monday, will focus on films with budgets of up to $10 million, according to Mary E. Dickinson, chief executive of the venture, and Charlene Fisher, its president.
